GILS-TRAK™ 3.0 provides customers with real-time, door-to-door visibility across all modes, with milestone-based tracking, automated exception alerts and a redesigned, responsive web interface.
The new mobile app allows users to track shipments by PO, container, HAWB or reference number, download Proof of Delivery documents, and receive push notifications for key milestones.

Developed over 18 months by GILS's in-house IT team of 85 professionals, the platform integrates directly with the company's WMS and TMS systems across all 13 distribution centers.
GILS-TRAK™ 3.0 also introduces EDI 214/315 and API connectivity, carbon footprint reporting per shipment, and customizable KPI dashboards.
